$225 for members of participating organizations; $250 for non-members Come to our waterfront to play music, get creative, bake bread and construct books while exploring the theme of "water." Children enjoy new experiences each day at four top arts centers, including the Guthrie Theater, Mill City Museum, Minnesota Center for Book Arts and MacPhail Center for Music. Owner of Flower City Yoga and Art Therapist, Nora Doebrich will be hosting 3 very special Yoga Camps, this Summer. Activities will include; fun movment/yoga games, arts and crafts intended to calm the mind, anatomy education to build body awareness, yoga poses to promote self-esteem, group directives to create a sense of community and excerises to increase relaxation. We also have Mary Stachowski of Food, Fun and Friends who will be joining us for the Thursday of each week. Together we will be cooking a healthy snack for us to enjoy. 7/11- 7/15 Ages 5-7 7/25-7/29 Ages 8-10 8/8-8/12 Ages 11-13 Camps will run Monday- Friday 1pm-3pm. We are going around the world with this multi faceted day camp for kids! We will explore the art, language and culture of several different countries, including Brazil, Morocco and Japan. A variety of activities will fill our time together - art, sports, music and more! Campers will create and fill in their "passports" as we visit a new country each day. Kids from 8-13 are invited to join us for this 4 day camp, running Monday, August 15 - Thursday, August 18 from 9 am to 12:30 pm each day. Cost of camp is $120. Turn digging in the dirt into a lifetime of love for gardening. Kid's will be getting their hands dirty creating a planting one FREE 10inch hanging basket to take home and enjoy all summer long. Learning to care for your plant with water, fertilizer, sun, shade, soil, wind, etc. Dress for the mess. FREE to children 12 and under, please be sure children are accompanied by an adult.
