Let us take your kids for an afternoon so you can do your shopping, wrapping or anything that needs to get done without little eyes snooping or peeking in on you. Adult campers between the ages of 18 and 99 with physical and/or developmental disabilities. 2 nights. Personal Care: Participants must be independent with their personal care needs. Individuals who require more than minor assistance with bathing, dressing, feeding and other personal care will not be accepted. Individuals requiring medical care other than the administration of medications will not be accepted. There will not be a nurse in attendance- medications will be managed by trained camp staff. Behavioral Challenges: Individuals with severe behavioral issues including acting out, inability to remain with the group, self-injurious/assaultive behaviors or aggressive tendencies will not be accepted. Campers will be assisted in ski activities and/or camping activities but must be interested and willing to participate in order to attend either of these programs. Staffing Ratios: Participants must be able to function safely in a group environment. Staff to camper ratios will be 1 to 5 during most times of the day. We will showcase their accomplishments at the end of each week with a short performance for friends and family to enjoy! Theme: Under the Sea Flexible drop off time between 7:30-9 am.
