It's our 11th annual Fullerton Football Youth Camp. Please join us from Thurs. June 25-27 for three full days of football and fun. Fundamentals will be learned, lessons will be earned, and calories will be burned. We need all the support we can get. Send a Kid to Camp Campaign - Morrisville, VT
This year, we mark 40 years of encouraging, educating and strengthening families. To celebrate, we're helping send kids to camp with camperships of up to $400 for kids whose families cannot afford such an expense. 100% of your donation goes directly to a kid's camp tuition. P.M. Club - Albuquerque Academy
Our P.M. Club provides a safe environment for children to enjoy after 3:30 p.m., when our regular programs end. Activities include arts and crafts, outdoor organized games, free play, and reading time. Bring a snack and a water bottle—and wear sunscreen, a hat, and athletic shoes. If you fail to pick up your child on time, late pick-up fees apply. (Be sure to read Pick-Up policy.) Cheerleading Camp Session 9 - Whetstone Community Center
Finish your summer with a cheer. Join us in the last week of the summer at Whetstone Community Center for cheer and tumbling fun. Campers will learn the basics of stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions, and dance. Our instructors will work with girls and boys ages 6-14 at all skill levels to help them reach their goals in a safe and fun environment. They will also participate in art activities focused toward cheerleading. On Friday afternoon, campers will showcase their cheer skills in a team performance for friends and family members. *Campers are required to bring an extra pair of clean tennis shoes. Tenor 1: High School Choir - University of Texas at Austin
The High School Choir Camp is open to choral students who are entering grades 9, 10, 11, or 12. Intensive study of the upcoming All-State repertoire is the primary focus of this acclaimed program for high school singers. One set of the All-State audition music will be provided to each camper at no additional charge. **Students need not have previously been a member of a TMEA All-State choral ensemble. Professor James Morrow, Director of Choral Activities, and Professor Suzanne Pence, Professor of Choral Music Education, conduct. August 1-11: Backpacking/ Digital Storytelling (Ages 13-16) - Mountain Kids!
We are psyched to bring our dual passions for getting into nature and documenting our adventures to Mountain Kids! Campers will spend the first day learning what it takes to makes a compelling video, composition and audio recording. Campers will then learn how to prepare and pack for a backpacking trip, the 6 Ws of preparing for any outdoor trip, map reading and leave no trace principles. We will spend time writing and creating stories on a two night backpacking trip. During the second week, campers will share their time between the recording studio, the computer lab and getting outside to create a 2-3 minute video of their adventures. On Thursday evening we will celebrate with a screening of their work. Equipment Needed: • Backpacking pack, sleeping pad, a sleeping bag, and a mess kit (bowl, fork, spoon, cup).
