Sumo Bots If you think one robot is interesting, wait until you see two of them battling for control Sumo-style. Students will build a Sumobot robot using VEX IQ platform and learn to program using sensors to build the strongest robot. Autonomous Sumobots try to locate and knock their opponent out of the ring while detecting the outside circle. Students will engage in robust design strategies while programming with sensors to create an autonomous robot. Robot wrestling match demonstrations will be held on the last day of the workshop.
