Week 4 AM - Animals Extreme - Wuskenau Beach
Animals come in all shapes and sizes. Enter the strange, but true realm of symbiotic relationships, bizarre deep sea creatures, arthropods, colonial organisms, and animals living in other extreme habitats. Research and go into the field to look for some the strangest creatures on our planet. Use microscopes, look at preserved and live specimens, and dissect a strange fish. Includes: microscopes, snorkel adventures, playing in the salt pond and the ocean. 860-535-9362

Learn about the magic of Broadway through Broadway musical history & collaborating on your own mini production! Students will explore musical theatre through basic ensemble voice & the fundamentals of movement & musical theatre acting A showcase starring the students will be presented on the last day of class. So youve been through our Beginner and Intermediate Climbing Camps and you still cant get enough? Then this camp is for you! We spend the first two days on the climbing wall learning some new skills and refreshing others from 8:00am-12:00pm. On Thursday and Friday, we depart Summit County for Independence Pass and Monitor Rock in beautiful Lake County for full days of climbing. On Thursday and Friday, campers depart Breckenridge at 8:00am and return to the Recreation Center at 4:00pm. All participants are responsible for lunch each day and are required to have a backpack, sunscreen, plenty of water (2L or more), rain gear and extra layers. No camp on Wednesdays. Four-day camps are offered in two sessions running June 20-July 29. To register for this program, participants must have attended an Intermediate Climbing Camp within the past 3 years or must receive approval from a Climbing Wall Instructor or the Outdoor Programs Coordinator.
