The camp will take place at Groove Nation West with three different mirrored studio instruction rooms for optimum learning, and the performance on the Mago Hunt stage at the University of Portland campus. Story Stretchers (Weekly Class) Session 2 - PYT Studios
Familiar stories come to life using music, movement and games. Young performers learn to explore, stretch and have a blast becoming princesses, monsters or astronauts - wherever the story takes them! (Please note that students must be 3.5 by the first class.) 650-988-8798
SCENE STUDY (1.5 Hours) FRI - Loudoun Arts Center
Using scenes from some of the leading voices in contemporary theatre, students will learn how to approach performing in 2-3 person scenes. Studies will include dramaturgical research, scoring the script, scene coaching, and in-class performances with feedback. This course requires approximately 3 hours of rehearsal with an assigned scene partner(s) prior to each class. Scene Study culminates in a final performance. 703-444-5888

Drop-off starts at 8 am, with the first art class at 9am. Options include a day until 3 pm or 6pm. Important Notice from UCAL: At the end of your registration process through the Active system, you will be offered a 30-day free trial of something called the Active Advantage program.
