Children grades 1st and up are welcome to join us in the first annual Ultimate Fitness Clinic. This summer camp will teach discipline, self-respect, respect for others, and overall wellness all in a UFC fitness inspired class. Kids will learn valuable life disciplines and the importance of physical fitness and healthy nutrition. I'm an Army vet who knows the importance of these things. Let me teach your teen drill and ceremony, how to change a tire, how to communicate without using technology, and countless other important life skills. I will provide 45 minutes of life skills and 45 minutes of fitness during each session. Teen and parent must agree to participate in all eight sessions. Sessions will be held twice a week. Parents this is for you........Need to vent your concerns, need professional advice or guidance, need to know that you're not alone?
