Amazing Experience!
I sent my two kids (9 and 13) to Alton Jones for the first time last summer, they absolutely loved it. My 9 year old did Earth Camp, he loved tree-climbing and kayaking the most! My 13 year old did Teen X Adventure and also loved climbing (she did rock climbing!) and the water park. Walworth/Noyes Family Reunion 2016 - Marion, MT
Walworth Family Reunion Notice! Date: August 12, 13, 14, 2016 Arrive: 6:00 p.m. on 12th Depart: 4:00 p.m. on Sunday the 14th Camp Fees: My contract says $550.00 per day for 50 people. $10.00 per person per day over 50 people. Children 7 and under are free. This may change a bit but not much if it does. Food: We have traditionally hosted and pd. for the Friday night meal as we aren’t traveling. Saturday 3 meals, and Sunday 2 meals will be provided for the actual cost of the food, and divided by the total number of people coming. Children 7 and under are free. All of you who have come to the Lion’s camp in the past are familiar with the Nazi who was running it. I am pleased to announce that she is no longer there. A wonderful lady by the name of Jessica Thomas is running it now. Her and I discovered today that the Nazi manager wrote us into a different date than I was told at our last reunion there. Teen Adventures Camp - Vienna, WV
5 days of awesome adventure activities: hiking, paintball, high ropes course, caving, and white water rafting. Cost is $300. If you are interested in going, please talk to Pastor Caleb. Money is due by the end of June.

This is an event for us to do some work at the new camp and get to know the site. Some food will be provided and all that can show up and help will earn tasty AP! This is not a DR Event of a game running. Howerver all the DR community standards will be upheld. :)

WEEK 2: Ages 9-15: DESIGN YOUR OWN VIDEO GAME - SciTech Kids
Design your interactive games with different backgrounds, characters and portals then share them with your friends and publish online for fellow gamers to see. Build challenging platform levels that include traps, coins, powerups, spike and much more. Students learn STEM-focused principles: prototyping, design thinking, teamwork, trial and error and collaboration, as they develop ideas and put them into action. 212-804-7055

Girls Lacrosse Camp - Hopkins Campus
Join Blake girls varsity lacrosse coach Linda Hokr and her staff for the fastest game on two feet. This camp will help develop fundamental skills to grow and master the sport — all while having a whole lot of fun. Each day focuses on a specific skill set, beginning with a series of drills and concluding with a game-like setting during which campers put those skills to use. Former and current high school varsity lacrosse players are present to ensure that each camper receives individual attention throughout the week. All levels are welcome; beginners are encouraged. Players are grouped based on age and experience. Girls must provide their own lacrosse stick*, goggles*, cleats, mouth guard and water bottle. *Sticks and goggles will be available on loan to the first 20 registrants. 952-988-3463

Singing for Musical Theatre – Ensemble Performance - The Little Theatre of Alexandria
No class on Feb. 14. This course is designed for singers at any level (grades 2nd - 9th). Students will learn the basics of vocal technique for proper singing, including voice placement and production, breathing, and phrasing. Students will receive guidance in finding their voice type and category. They will also work on presenting songs – learning how to make a song come alive by not just singing it, but interpreting and performing it. This semesters in-class concentration will be on musical theatre chorus/ensemble numbers. Students will work on singing together, and will be taught not just melodies, but also how to sing harmonies and various vocal parts. (An ability to sing harmonies and to sing with others is an essential part of musical theatre performance.) Some of the songs will also include basic movement/staging, and the music and movement that is learned will be presented/ performed in a musical revue format. Students will perform on the LTA stage in the Spring Showcase on April 1st and 2nd! (Students who wish to participate in the Showcase must be available for rehearsals during the early evening hours the week of March 28th.) SJC - Sports Girls Lacrosse - SJC Long Island
Female lacrosse players of all ability levels are welcome to attend this camp. Athletes will develop technical and tactical skills needed to be a successful player. Session will consist of agility, stick skills, offensive and defensive strategy and teamwork drills. Campers will participate in position specific drills as well as scrimmages and other competitions.
