15 hours of tennis instruction in our 3-Day Tennis Camp. Research is what sets us apart from the rest. We will show you Super Slow motion of professional players and fundamentals at the highest level. Through Dartfish split screen analysis we will show you the efficiency of your stroke and how to improve in less time. This program features Dartfish video analysis of the forehands, backhands and serve. Other strokes covered throughout the 3 day program are volleys, return, approach shot, overhead and lob. With more time to practice and drill, the strokes-to-strategy emphasis allows the player to improve at a faster rate. The 3 day camp includes a free Private lesson CD ($75 value), and unlimited use of the tennis facility and ball machines. Coed Dance Day Camp - Siena College - Marcelle Athletic Complex
Siena College Dance Camp provides a fun and exciting way to learn the fundamentals of dance. The camp is designed to teach a variety of different dance styles including hip hop, jazz, ballet, latin dance, breakdancing, modern, and tap. Campers can come with NO dance experience and learn a great deal or they can come with a lot of experience and be challenged while expanding their skill set. Campers will learn skills in dance workshops and dance choreography to showcase in an end of camp recital The camp staff is selected from area dance studio owners and creative directors along with current and former Siena Dance Team members that are eager to share their knowledge with the campers. Horses Horses Horses - Camp Mardela
Campers will have opportunities to learn about horses and equestrian safety, and they will experience riding. Campers will stay at Camp Mardela and travel offsite for riding activities. Activities may vary based on schedules and availability. In addition to Horse Camp activities, there will be time for traditional camp activities.
