Keeping the Music Going
We worked hard to get our son interested in music and didn't want him to give up. That's why the idea of a fiddle camp was such a hoot! Not only did he get to practice his flute throughout the summer but he also picked up a few other instruments. Happy to report he is signing up for band! Join FCA Baseball for a week that your child will never forget. We will have experienced travel baseball and middle/high school coaches giving instruction on fielding, hitting, pitching, and base running. We will also a daily devotional given by either a coach or athlete. 770-713-9903

Students apply the design process to solve problems and understand the influence of creativity and innovation in their lives. They work in teams to design a playground and furniture, capturing research and ideas in their engineering notebooks. Spring Break Program-Forest Park Elementary - Forest Park Elementary
IMPORTANT: Students need to bring their own laptop with mouse to attend this program. Snacks, Lunch, and beverages are NOT included. The program may be consolidated in one or two school sites based on enrollments. Parents will be informed at least one week prior to program start date. In this program, students learn about 3-D Printing, Vehicle engineering by rapid prototyping, and Computer Programming. They work in teams to build their own battery operated cars and race it on the final day. They learn 3-D modeling tools to make their own 3-D designs. Students will - 1. Learn how an engineer takes an idea from paper to a prototype. 2. Learn what is CAD/CAM and how it is used by Engineers. 3. Develop a design solution using given design constraints. 4. Evaluate competing conceptual design solutions for decision making 5. Plan and execute experiment; Collect and interpret data gathered by experiments; Use experimental data for an improved design solution 6. Learn about 3-D printing. Students who attend 3-D print class will take home a 3-D printed design prototype. 7. Learn Visual Programming and coding skills. 650-223-1641
