My daughter and son thrived at this camp. They are both active children who would rather be outdoors than inside. They are also very social, which is why they loved the fact this camp draws campers from all over the world. What would it take to harness the collective wisdom, resources and desires embodied in the New Culture community? This year at New Culture Summer Camp Cascadia, we will be exploring our creative edges, expanding our comfort zone, and integrating the skills, knowledge and intuitions of participants to co-create an experience that is unique, alive, and transformational. We are inviting talented facilitators and presenters to join us in our experiment as we also open up the programming to respond directly to the desires of the group in the moment. What will arise? What will we create? What new discovery will we uncover as we practice together being fully present in our bodies and in community? 2016 Duluth FCA Youth Sports Camp - Duluth, MN
The Duluth Youth Sports Camp is a day camp for young athletes entering grades 2-7 (Fall 2016) who want to develop their skills in several sports and build their personal character. Campers will choose two sports to train in for the duration of camp and will be divided into groups for age appropriate training. Morning Sports: Baseball (boys), Volleyball (girls), Soccer (coed) Afternoon Sports: Football (boys), Softball (girls), Basketball (coed) Note: All registrations are being taken online and must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Final Kid's Camp Meeting - McKinney, TX
This is a mandatory final camp meeting for all parents of kids who will be attending Kid's Camp this year. We will meet directly following 2nd service in the Gen Kids Room. The remaining camp balance and concessions money is due at the conclusion of this meeting. Additionally, the Camp Waiver form will be provided at this meeting. We will discuss last minute details, things to pack, and answer any questions. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.
Winter Youth Camp - Springfield, GA
Join us for the Effingham Winter Camp! Follow the link above to register or see your youth leader. Cost is $15 each and can be given to your youth leader. That will cover meals, snacks, and activities. Please bring a sleeping bag, pillow, warm clothes, and one roll of duck tape. We will be creating a cardboard city. Any needed medication can be given to the "camp nurse" who will hold and adminster. Parents, please send written directions. We will be collecting NEW socks for people in need. For every pair of new socks, your name will be entered into a draw for a $100 gift card to the Tanger Outlet mall! Start collecting socks for women, men, or children! Ahoy ye pirates and mermaids! Join the Captain and his crew as we spend a week with the pirates and mermaids. Each day, campers will read about both pirates and mermaids and engage in themed crafts. Have fun painting seashells, decorating pirate masks and even walking the plank. On Friday, bring your bathing suit, towel and a change of clothes because we will be splashing around in the sprinkler with the mermaids! Beginning Harp Camp - MacPhail Center for Music - Minneapolis
Have you ever dreamed about playing the harp but have never had the chance to do it? In this new summer camp you have the rare opportunity to learn the basics of playing the harp with other students your age. By the end of the week students will be able to play together in small ensembles at a concert for family and friends. No experience is necessary. CAMP COLLEY OVERNIGHT YOUTH CAMPS Overnight Youth Camps are designed to teach riding skills, horse care, and outdoor recreational skills. Life skills such as responsibility, empathy, and communication are emphasized in each activity. Campers ride a minimum of two hours per day in a series of riding lessons, games, and trail rides. Camp Colley partners with Hunkapi Horse Programs to provide overnight camps. This unique partnership will give campers additional opportunities at camp including, but not limited to, hiking, nature education, mountain biking, archery, and arts and crafts. Campers depart from the Kiwanis Ramada near the Splash Pad at Fountain Park at 8:30 AM on Monday and return at 4:00 PM on Wed.
