My kids were able to experience a lot of different things at Camp Tecumseh this summer. They have the usual camp activities, but they also have rock wall climbing, archery, riffly, tube slides, a nature center, candle making, disc golf, fishing and a mini farm. Summer Camp Open House! - Wyandotte, MI
Summer Camp Open House in our Community Gallery on the lower level FREE for everyone to attend! Join us at this fun open house so you can catch a glimpse of the camps we offer for children during the summer. Sample art stations are set up so you and your children can take home art projects! DCA camp instructors will be available to answer any questions students or parents may have. You can also register for your camps on this night. We'll also have raffles to give away free camp registrations!

Kid's do Strollfit - Norman, OK
Second annual kids do Strollfit class. All kids are welcome to bring their baby stroller, lawn mower, anything they can push and they will do their own Strollfit class. Prizes will be given for best decorated vehicle/push item. I will assign older kids an exercise to teach to the other kids (generally 4 and up). Moms, please help them and practice with them. If you have a younger one that would like to teach, let me know and I will add them. Don't want to exclude any who wants to teach!! Be sure you bring your camera. Valentines Make-In - University City Arts League
Its a Make-In, Baby! Adults and kids of all ages can drop in and make as many valentines as you like with plenty of paper, doilies, and sparkly glitter glue! Pay what you wish in advance or at the door. Basic "scratch-foam" printing is available for younger children (under 10) and all drop-in participants. Want to learn to cut a rubber block to make a series of printed cards? Pre-registration ( at any price level) is required for this option, and is for ages 10+ only. Everything Art July T/Th - All Things Art Studio
Use your imagination to create fantastic and colorful projects. This combination class offers children a sampling of art projects using various media such as painting, watercolors, collage, and pastels. It is amazing what you can do when you explore your imagination. TEE IT UP at Tunxis - Tunxis Fore Driving Range
The Tee it Up Program is for never-ever golfers or those with little to no swing experience. Introduce your child to the game of golf in a low-stress environment. No clubs necessary or prior golf experience necessary. Tee it Up is held on a weekly basis for 1 hour at both SWG locations. We recommend at least four (4) Tee It Up Classes before an evaluation for our Medalist Program. YOU MAY SELECT YOUR ACTUAL CLASSES FROM THE SCHEDULE STARTING MARCH 1. CLASSES ARE HELD AT TPC ON SATURDAYS FROM 9-10AM AND AT TUNXIS ON SATURDAYS FROM 2-3PM. Week 3 - Summer 2016 - Baker Athletics Complex
The NYC Soccer Academy is committed to training players between the ages of 6-18 in the technical, tactical and athletic aspects of soccer. Players will be exposed to an experience of intense game situations that will help them develop the skill and confidence required to succeed at every level. Goalkeepers will be used in all sessions and coached by our experienced staff within their assigned groups. Yick Yack Yuck - EcoAdventures
Yick, Yack, Yuck July 5th-8th 9am – 4pm (Ages 5 – 11) Monday – Friday Its the study of everything gross in this camp, as kids jump into the world of disgusting (I know…you say they are already there…)!! Its all things gooey, slimy, slippery…funky, ugly, and foul!!! All of the gross stuff that kids just LOVE! Kids will get down and dirty with lots of hands-on activities, and in this special edition of Grossology. For this camp kids will be rolling up their sleeves and getting elbow deep in the ultimate Yuck and Muck!! Campers will dissect owl pellets (dried up wads of owl vomit that the birds yack up periodically) looking for all the bits and bobs of what the owls have been eating. So, for those brave enough to pick through them, there are treasures to be found! Get the scoop about animal poop and even make edible poo (ewwww GROSS), and if that doesnt do it for you then its slime time with edible glow in the dark slime. Learn about animals that have slime for defenses. Interact with slimy toads, salamanders…feel smooth snakes, and a prickly hedgehog. Well muck about outside so plan on getting... (410) 279-5416
