Middle School Teen Camp 2016 - Augusta, WV
The Theme this year is: LIFE IS MESSY! Registration for this COST FREE week of teen camp begins at 4:30 on Tuesday, July 5th. Activities for Middle School could include (but is not limited to) Boogie Bowling (with strobe lights), laser tag, basketball, carpet ball, ping pong, volleyball, bike riding (Middle School week, helmet required), waterpark, putt putting, water slide, water balloons, swimming, paddle boat riding, playing on playground equipment, softball, hiking, sharing bathroom & shower facilities with other campers, sleeping on floors in rooms at the Church building, worship and recreation,and traveling to activities. Jr. Paleontologist! - Goleta Presbyterian Church
Campers explore the wondrous world of pre-historic creatures and fossils! Learn what life was like back when dinosaurs, giant reptiles and bugs ruled the earth. Campers will meet a variety of dinosaurs and learn about their habitats and food supply. Sample projects include a Pteranodon model, panning for gems and minerals, building a volcano, casting a seashell model, and a dinosaur egg dig. Audition Workshop - SoDo Theatre
This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to gain confidence and experience auditioning! Students will participate in a variety of mock auditions and receive individual feedback, as well as tips on cold readings of scenes, song/monologue selection, on-camera acting, and more. Basketball (6/20-6/24) (AM) - MA Lower School
This camp will emphasize basic skills, playing as a team, and sportsmanship. Instruction will focus on the fundamentals of basketball in a setting of encouragement and confidence building. Drills to improve skills will be added, and games will focus on team play and tactical understanding.
