Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp Stew Night - Presque Isle, ME
On Friday, February 17th, starting at 5:00 PM and ending at 7:00 PM, Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp (ATLC) will be hosting Stew Night at the Presque Isle Snowmobile Club. For $6, you can get a combo of a Main Dish (Tomato Soup, Taco Soup, Chicken Stew, Venison Chili and Beef Stew), roll, drink and a dessert. Grilled cheese sandwiches will also be available to purchase for $1.00. Come on out and let us do the cooking for you! Songwriting Workshop - Penncrest High School
This workshop would be for all 6th-12th graders interested in learning more about songwriting. No previous musical experience is required. Students would write their own original music, and gain skills on the keyboard that allow them to become better musicians and even self-accompany! This workshop is perfect for poets who wish they knew more about how to put their words to music, or experienced musicians who are stuck when it comes to writing lyrics.
