Teen Camp 9-4pm wk 5 - Frankfort Park District
The Frankfort Park District would like to present Teen Adventures Summer Day Camp program for youth entering 7th ? 9th grade in the fall. This full day camp will provide plenty of outdoor activities, water days, arts & crafts, and a field trip each week that a teen will enjoy. Special guests will be invited to this camp including sports, art and science instructors. Teen Adventures Summer Day Camp will be held at Commissioners Park, located at 22108 S. 80th Avenue in Frankfort, along with the use of Chelsea Middle School, which is located next to Commissioners Park. Drop off and pick up will take place at Chelsea Middle School, located at 22265S. 80th Ave. The camp will run from 9 ? 4pm, Monday thru Friday, with a before and after care option. Bring a bag pack, lunch and water bottle each day. Lunch may be included on certain field trip days. Registration must be done in person at our main office located at the Founders Community Center, 140 Oak Street. A copy of your child?s birth certificate will be required at the time of registration. Coon Rapids - Week 6 - LACROSSE and SOCCER Week - Coon Rapids Ice Center
AKAs Lacrosse and Soccer Week combines two of the countrys most popular youth sports. Lacrosse Camp teaches kids the basics of the fastest growing sport in Minnesota through series of drills and games. This is a very recreational Lacrosse camp that features professional coaching for both the boys and girls styles of the game. Throughout Soccer Camp, kids will receive professional World Class soccer instruction and plenty of games and competition for the worlds most popular sport thanks to our professional AKA Soccer Staff! Of course, kids get a chance to play a multitude of sports as well as the feature sports throughout the day including basketball, soccer, dodgeball, kickball, even some ice time. AKA All Sports Camp have it all....what a great way to keep kids active while you are at work. ***Lacrosse sticks provided for those without*** Featured Field Trip - Science Museum, St. Paul, Thursday, July 21 FYI - The actual day camp runs from 9am-4pm though kids are welcome to get dropped off as early as 7am and picked up as late as 6pm. Junior Retreat - Cortland Bible Camp
A great weekend for kids 8-13 years old, filled with songs, fellowship, fun and Gods word. Come on your own or as a group with youth leaders from your church. Registration will begin at 7pm on Friday night and the fun goes through Sunday afternoon at 2pm. Its a great time to reconnect with camp friends from summer and to meet new people as well but most importantly its a great time to be encouraged in your walk with Christ. FA- Harry Potter Camp (July 5-8) - Dairy Knoll
Welcome to Hogwarts Americana-the American extension of Hogwarts. Campers will be immersed in the fictional world of Harry Potter. They will start off by being sorted into one of four houses-Paladorn, Grizelstorm, Embredor or Firesong. During this magical week, students will experience Potion Making, Charms, Muggle Magic, Care of Magical Creatures, Quidditch and plenty of games that will give them chances to earn points for their houses. Who will win the house cup? Campers should bring a lunch and snack daily except on Friday when will will provide food for the End of Term Feast! Calling all budding chefs, entrepreneurs, and restaurant enthusiasts! Open and operate your very own restaurant in Kitchen Kids popular Restaurant Camp! Chefs will immerse themselves in every step of the process: choose the concept and name, design the decor, create a menu and logo, learn restaurant jobs and etiquette, create, cook, and serve their signature dishes to friends and family. Throughout the week kids will also prepare delicious recipes and safely learn kitchen fundamentals, palate development, and culinary techniques.
