Summer Camp 2015 - CARNIVAL COVE - Avalon, CA
**FOR INCOMING 9TH-12TH GRADE STUDENTS** Winter Camp is over... now it's time to think about SUMMER CAMP at Campus by the Sea. The total is $325 (includes EVERYTHING except for any extra money you'd like to bring for the day trip into Avalon). This year we are asking you for a $20 DEPOSIT BY FEBRUARY 8TH!!! We need you to get in an early deposit so we know how many spots to reserve for our church. Be sure to get those deposits in to guarantee your spot (we will only have a few extras just in case, but not a lot). The next deposit will be $100 which will be due on APRIL 12TH. Camps - Discovery Camp - Recreation Center at Michelle Obma School of Techn
Participants in Discovery Camp will engage in sports, art classes, swimming lessons, open swim, movie day and weekly field trips. There will be plenty of fun had by all. Participants provide their own sack lunch, swimsuit, towel, movie concession money. Snacks, swim instruction, open swim, all classes, movie admission and field trips are included. No camp July 4. Payment Plan Terms: A $100 deposit per camper and a $10 payment plan processing fee must be paid in full at registration. Remaining camp balance must be paid in full by Monday, June 6, 2016 to attend camp. Contact Recreation & Parks Department for more information. On-line registration for camps is not available. Refund requests made prior to the start date of a program will be cheerfully given less a 5% refund fee. Held in Computer Lab With our high tech Samsung tablets, Lego WeDo Robotics kits and software, and Simple & Motorized Machines, our curriculum challenges kids to design and construct robots and 3-D innovations individually and as a team Students construct machines, program robots, build gadgets, gizmos, structures, and vehicles, and assemble electronics.
