2016 South Charlotte Macaroni Kid Summer Camp and Activity Expo - Char
Looking for a summer camp or summer classes for the kids? Our Free Summer Camp and Activity Expo is your one stop for all of the best camps and summer activities in the area. Atendees will be able to register for summer camps at a discount and have the chance to win a week of summer camp from several of our participating camps. Bring the whole family to this fun free event! There will be lots of free activities for the kids to do and try. Do you have a summer camp or offer summer classes? Teen Impact Summer Camp - Camp Agape
Teen Impact Summer Camp is from Monday, July 20th - Saturday, July 25th at Camp Agape in Benton, Tennessee. Cost is $300, plus an additional $35 for whitewater rafting (optional). Release form for rafting is required. Camp deposit of $100 holds your spot and is due by June 15th. Balance due by July 15. All deposits are final & non-refundable. Teen Impact medical release form is required and is available on the homepage of our website. WinterJam: Starry Eyed - Fremont, NE
3rd-5th graders are invited to join us for our winter camp, WinterJam! This year's theme "Starry Eyed" will remind kids that the God who created everything there is- wants a personal relationship with them! Kids will become STARRY EYED as they see how over the moon in love with them God is. Each day is filled with Large Group time (worship and a lesson), small groups (where kids dig deeper) and fun activities (climbing an ice wall, sledding, or playing broomball). Kids will NOT want to miss this camp! A deposit of $25 secures your camper's spot and the remaining $75 is due by January 12th.

Environmental Art Camp (VSA Tennessee partnership) - Gallatin, TN
Environmental Art Camp is a program created specifically for individuals with disabilities over the age of 13 who are interested in the environment and have a love of art. The camp will be under the direction of VSA Tennessee teaching artist, Dee Kimbrell. During the camp, the young people will learn about environmental issues and their effect on our national parks. Participants will create their own tunnel books that reflect ecosystems within the parks. They will also create a larger tunnel book specific to the Smoky Mountain National Park. This book will be given to the park as a 100th anniversary gift at Tremont in October. The book will remain on site as an educational tool. Dog Trick Week 7 - Animal Training Adventure Center
Dog Trick Training is a great way to have fun with your dog, and it allows campers to open up a genuine form of two-way communication between them and their dog. Trick training also helps build confidence in dogs and their handlers; and the more tricks you teach, the faster your dog will learn each new skill. Each session will focus on learning a series of three dog tricks, with bonus learning opportunities for exceptionally skilled dogs. This session will utilize training skills and techniques developed by Kyra Sundance, a world-acclaimed Stunt Dog Show performer, celebrity dog trainer, and internationally bestselling author. Campers will have the opportunity to learn and practice advanced dog training skills in order to train their dog to perform tricks. Campers can choose to train their own dog, or they can work with a rescue puppy or dog available at camp. Dogs must be able to focus on their owner and work around other dogs.
