This annual event was created by Leroy Johnson former defensive back for the "University of Southern Mississippi" Our staff is made up of former NFL and Division I athletes. Our mission is to help each participant develop the proper skill set in order to achieve the desired results and to be the best athlete possible. In addition to the on field exercises there will classes held throughout the day that will focus on sportsmanship as well as being coachable. XLR8 Athletix would love for your child to join us for a fun filled week involving education on health and fitness, exercise movements, nutrition, fun activities, and lots of new friendships. Our coaches and staff are thoroughly trained and Certified Trainers who provide a safe and fun environment that guarantees success for all ability levels. During each session we will learn and practice functional movements involving exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play: pull, push,run, throw, climb, lift and jump. This camp is based off the popular I Survived… series! Step into the disasters and adventures in these books and decide what you would do! Students will learn how to survive in different climates and regions around the world and natural disasters. Travel on an exciting survival-themed overnight, more details TBA! Exploring clay, drawing, painting, 3D construction and more, participants will complete an assortment of individual and group projects in each weeks theme, culminating in a showcase at the end of each camp, followed by the unveiling of an installation at our 9th annual Fall Out of Summer Arts Festival in September. 401-490-9475

In this program participants will explore this question through hands-on water chemistry experiments and other investigations that will help explain why access to clean fresh water has become one of our WGP---Worlds Greatest Problems---and why we need to solve it.
