Animals within a food chain have some ultimate adaptations for hunting and survival. Learn about apex predators like orcas, sharks, giant squid, and osprey and find out some incredible strategies the prey of these predators utilize to avoid detection. Analyze the animals in the NESS touch tanks for interesting behaviors and dissect a shark. Includes: dissection, 1 boat trip, & snorkeling 860-535-9362
Gardening and Fiber Arts Camp - Luscher Farm
Play with fiber arts each day, delving into felting, weaving and dyeing. Help maintain the Childrens Garden, harvest a healthy snack and gather items from the farm to use in projects. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Closed toed shoes required. This is the Ultimate 100 Camp Invite Only event for current 7th, 8th, and 9th Graders. It will be located in Atlanta, GA. If you are invited from the Southeast Region you should register here. States that are in this region are Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Southern Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina.PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU CAN NOT MAKE THE U100 IN YOUR REGION, YOU MAY SIGN UP FOR THE CAMP AT ANY OTHER LOCATION. It is the only national camp in the USA, where we will rank the top 100 players from a select group campers Top Freshman in the USA over one day.
