Held on Lake Quinsigamond, this program offers instruction for high school athletes of all levels—from advanced skill development targeted toward competitive rowing to introduction of the basics. Whether you are already a competitive rower or a novice hoping to take your first strokes, you will receive first-class instruction appropriate to your individual development within a positive and enjoyable environment. We are scheduling our Twenty-Second Constitution Boot Camp for Saturday, March 12th. The cost of the class will be a $20 donation per person with book set. If you have more than one coming from the same family and only want one set of books, it will be a $5 donation for each additional person. This course will sharpen students thinking skills, speaking and debate skills, and will give students an insight into the U.S. legal system. Well be using realistic and engaging case material prepared by the Classroom Law Project to prepare for and stage a trial during the first four days of camp. 2016 BAA Junior - Ripley Grier Studios
BAA Junior is a program designed specifically for young performers ages 6-10 who show great promise in musical theatre but are not yet old enough to attend our other workshops and intensives. Students will study voice, acting, and dance in a small group setting where they will develop their fundamental performance skills and explore their creativity. Classes will include theatre games, improvisation, vocal technique, song/scene interpretation, and learning original Broadway choreography from shows like Annie, Billy Elliot and Mary Poppins! The instructors for this program specialize in working with young children and every class will be an energetic, positive environment where the students can make friends and have fun! BAA Junior is also a fantastic opportunity for students to get introduced to Broadway Artists Alliance and prepare themselves for our other workshops and intensives. All students will attend a Broadway show, receive a private coaching from a member of our Senior Staff, and participate in a final Industry Showcase for Casting Directors, Agents and Managers who specialize in working with young performers! 212-561-9429
