Annual Youth Retreat (CAMP) 40th Anniversary Celebrations - Holmes, NY
JESUS AT THE CENTER will be the theme for our gathering where we will celebrate 40 years of a vision that was provided by God to many of our sisters and brothers. We will meet up at camp to celebrate the past, plan for the future as old friends get reacquainted, leaders return to the place where they received or affirmed their call of service, and we give honor and glory to the One who has given us life abundantly. Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp Stew Night - Presque Isle, ME
On Friday, February 17th, starting at 5:00 PM and ending at 7:00 PM, Aroostook Teen Leadership Camp (ATLC) will be hosting Stew Night at the Presque Isle Snowmobile Club. For $6, you can get a combo of a Main Dish (Tomato Soup, Taco Soup, Chicken Stew, Venison Chili and Beef Stew), roll, drink and a dessert. Grilled cheese sandwiches will also be available to purchase for $1.00. Come on out and let us do the cooking for you! Craniosacral Balancing 1 - Kansas City
Mondays, 3/7, 3/14, 3/21, 3/28 and Wednesdays 3/16, 3/23 and 3/30 In this class, the student will be introduced to the craniosacral system of the human body, comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. The emphasis in Craniosacral Therapy is to help resolve the trapped forces that underlie and govern patterns of disease in both body and mind. This involves the practitioner "listening through the hands" to the bodys subtle craniosacral rhythms to detect patterns of inertia or congestion. With this light touch modality – generally using only 5 – 6 grams of pressure – the practitioner can evaluate and treat restrictions in the craniosacral system offering relief to the client who suffers from migraines, autism, central nervous system disorders, chronic neck and back pain, stress, fibromyalgia and so much more. AKA All Sports Camp - National Sports Center, Blaine, MN - Blaine - National Sports Center
In 2016, the AKA All Sports Camp will be entering its 11th summer at the National Sports Center in Blaine and kids everywhere will be screaming for more FUN!! (See schedule at the bottom here) Kids can sign up for the full summer program or choose sport weeks that they prefer or that fit with your busy summer schedule! The 2015 Summer program at the NSC again reached capacity... the 2016 AKA ASC at the National Sports Center will fill up in the winter, without a doubt! The full summer rate for 10 weeks of your choice is $2,200 though with a deposit made in our early bird registration periods, you can save a few hundred dollars. Considering this is a full day of exercise, instruction, field trips, t-shirts, games, health & education and a ton of fun, NO WHERE GUARANTEED. *Early Bird Discount ($2,050) period in affect through 2/29/16. At the AKA ASC, kids endure a full day of fun with friends and coaches as soon as they enter the door! Choose any four weeks for your child to attend. Additional weeks may be added later by contacting the Director at the established rate. Weeks CANNOT be added at the rate difference between each available session program. For example, if you register for three weeks and then decide to add two additional weeks, the cost WILL NOT be the difference between the three week program and the five week program.
