EMA's Annual Kid's Martial Arts Summer Camp! Coat-A-Kid Charity BootCamp - Chesterfield, MO
This will be our 4th consecutive December hosting a Coat-A-Kid Charity BootCamp! Come out to support an awesome charity, have fun and get your sweat on... unless you're the kind of person that is ok with kids not having coats this winter ;) All fitness levels are welcome! Classes are 55 minutes and begin at 8am & 9:30am. Max 25 people per group so be sure to sign up in advance! $20/person (you can pay at the door or in advance). The $20 donation will cover the cost of a NEW coat, gloves and hat for 1 child. Coat-A-Kid provides new coats, hats and gloves, free of charge, to kids in need in the St. Louis area. They are 100% volunteer run, so 100% of the proceeds go to coating children!

Saber Academy: Beginning - The Evergreen School
Learn the code, live the code! Hone your skills! Students will learn techniques to safely wield a saber. The mind, the body, and the spirit will be challenged! Class lessons include meditation, yoga, fencing, and some elements of Parkour. As students learn these skills to have a chance to be chosen by a Knight, one must also craft their own saber. As such, each apprentice will design and build their own saber that is truly theirs to keep. Small power tools and soldering techniques will be taught so students may craft their own personal saber. Before being able to take the Advanced Saber Academy Class, your child should have already completed one of our Beginning Saber Academy classes (formerly known as Jedi Academy). 206-957-1533

Summer BLAST! - 3 weeks - Oakwood
For children entering 2nd-6th grade: SUMMER BLAST! at Oakwood is an afternoon program designed to engage children in enriching, entertaining, and educational activities, and runs from 1:30–4:30 pm. Children may enroll in Summer BLAST! even if theyre not enrolled in the morning Summer Arts Academy program. If a child is enrolled in the morning Summer Arts Academy program, he/she will have a supervised lunchtime from 12:45–1:30 pm each day, and will need to bring a lunch. During the first session of the afternoon the children will be divided by age into two groups and will rotate between the two classes offered that week. During the second session students choose between Sports Club, Book Club, or Tennis Club. Students may enroll in one, two or all three weeks. The classes during the first session change each week. Cavalier Battalion Airsoft - 3 weeks - Airsoft @ The Heights
Experience airsoft Heights style! Acres of woods, forts, and airsoft battles: a recipe for a one of a kind camp experience. Each day the boys will be engaged in a different themed airsoft battle/game, while learning team building and leadership skills. At the start of camp the boys will be divided into brigades, these will be their brothers in arms for the remainder of the week. The brigades first challenge will be to take and pass a gun safety course, where the boys will learn how to properly and safely handle an airsoft weapon. After that the fun begins. The boys will be building their own fortifications that they will be defending each day. Battles will include: elimination, capture the flag, lone survivor among others. Each brigade will also compete in airsoft challenge games which include marksmanship, quick draw, target discernment, just to name a few. Throughout the week the boys will likewise learn about some of the greatest battles and military heroes of our time. Cost includes 5,000 rounds of ammunition. Choose this team oriented engineering challenge to make a new planktonic dispersal design, fabricate a super sand structure, create new model buildings built on stilts, and use biomimicry to engineer your own new invention. Test your designs, utilize iPads to aid construction plans, and have fun with engaging engineering trials while working with friends.
