One of Shakespeares most famous tales comes to life in this special adaptation of "A Midsummer Nights Dream" designed especially for tweens! This show takes the fear out of Shakespeare, bringing the characters vividly to life with abounding comedy and an outstanding musical score. The basic story remains intact, but is updated with modern vocabulary and music to make it accessible for everyone. This show has many speaking (and singing) roles to introduce students to your favorite characters. From the "rude mechanicals" Quince and Bottom and all the rest to the two sets of "lovers" that prove nothing has changed when it comes to teens having a "crush" on each other, to the wonderful fairy King and Queen with the energetic and mischievous Puck, there is a part for everyone! Defensive/Passing Camp - Alaska Airlines Center
This camp will focus on teaching and fine tuning passing and defensive skills. This includes liberos as well as any player who plays defense or who is in serve receive. Space limited to 48 campers. This camp will be led by Head Coach Chris Green and staff. There is a lunch break from 12pm-1pm. Lunch will not be provided. 907-786-1226

Use science, technology, engineering, art, and math to undertake these new exciting STEAM challenges. Measure success through angles when creating a contraption to withstand the simulated pitch and roll of a boat, unlock the buoyancy mystery of Davy Jones Locker, test the strength of bridge designs, and use your imagination and creativity to make a Rube Goldberg invention. 860-535-9362

Campers will overcome a series of challenges using basic materials, simple machines, tips from famous inventors and the most important of all - their mind! With a little ingenuity, children will create catapults and forts, construct working light sticks to take home, and assemble a set of circuits with batteries and light bulbs.
