Children grades 1st and up are welcome to join us in the first annual Ultimate Fitness Clinic. This summer camp will teach discipline, self-respect, respect for others, and overall wellness all in a UFC fitness inspired class. Kids will learn valuable life disciplines and the importance of physical fitness and healthy nutrition. Some activities include: • Age appropriate workouts • Basic Self Defense Course • Intro to Mixed Martial Arts • Basic Nutrition Awareness • Anti-Bullying Curriculum Come join us and help raise fitness awareness all while supporting your local school district. Howdy fellow camp alumni and camp lovers! Come out Friday, June 17th, for a fun filled night of music and drinks at the Columbia heights VFW on 45th and Central. Music will be provided by the awesome cover band, Greyduck with Chelsea Csargo on the vocals who is a former camper, staff member, and current volunteer. This event is a special night to donate money to future campers. Let's help provide kids with the opportunity to experience the magic of the Hodag while building memories they will carry throughout their lifetime! Everyone is welcome... So bring your friends! P.S. Inspire Basketball Camp (Week 1) - St. Davids School
Please come out this summer and spend the day with Coach Will Coley and his staff. Coach Coley is the varsity boys coach at St. Davids School. He has played at the collegiate level and also has 10 years experience at the professional level in Europe. This summer we are offering a full day of basketball! Hours now go from 9am to 4pm. Students will be taught and exposed to the fundamentals of basketball starting at the basics and building up to the more advanced skills. There will be numerous games and contests ranging from shooting to 3 on 3 to 5 on 5 games. Students will be broken up into age groups and skill levels. Whether you are the beginning player or the player who plays every day we are sure that we will have something to challenge you. Trophies and certificates will be given at the conclusion of camp. The WCU Field Hockey Elite Level & GK Specialty Camp offers a unique op-portunity for the serious field hockey athlete. The camp has been designed to challenge athletes in settings different from the traditional camp situations. The camps will offer tactics and techniques in goal scoring, defensive strategy, and goal-keeping technique. Each evening will conclude under the lights with game play. These offerings will appeal to the serious field hockey athlete! EQUIPMENT Each camper should bring a stick, shinguards, sneakers or turf shoes, mouthguard, sunscreen, and a container of water (no glass). Goal-keepers must bring their own equipment. WCU and its camp staff are not re-sponsible for lost or missing items. All personal equip-ment should be marked with the campers name. 610-436-3555
