Wonderful Program
Before settling on the 4-H Center for our daughter's summer camp we had the chance to take a tour. We were very impressed. The bunkrooms were spotless. Although I can only imagine what will happen when the kids move in! They have a full program that is sure to keep the kids busy and challenged throughout their stay. We were also very impressed with all the counselors. A very friendly and helpful staff. I only wish I could go to camp again!... Read More...

Tennis Boot Camp - Pauline Betz Addie Tennis Center
Do you have the right stuff to be a tennis champion? Take a week to really focus on the sport in this fun and challenging week-long camp. Children will be grouped by age and playing ability Using personal instruction, group games and drills, well teach beginning and intermediate level players all the fundamentals: forehand, backhand and overhead strokes, serves and volleys, footwork, scorekeeping, names and meanings of the lines, and more. Add some footwork drills and cardio exercise, and your inner champion is sure to emerge! Please bring a non-perishable lunch and water bottle each day. Some fairy tales explored this week include The Three Little Pigs, Jack and the Beanstalk, and The Frog Prince. The original versions will read and discussed. We will take a look at todays childrens literature and how fairy tales have changed through the years… often in funny ways. We will explore different versions of tales from different cultures.
