Kid's Day Camp (Mom's Day Out!) - Searcy, AR
You may drop children off for a 1/2 day or full day camp experience. Morning camp will consist of an acrylic 16 X 20 painting winter scene along with a hands-on activity. For the afternoon session, children will start with another hands-on craft with a smaller canvas painting. Children may be dropped off at 9:00 a.m. and picked up by 11:45 a.m. or drop off at 12:30 p.m. and picked up at 3:00 p.m. If you opt for full day (9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m.), your child(ren) will get to participate in both morning and afternoon activities. The cost for the day camp for 1/2 day is $35 for the full day will be $70. The full day option lasts from 9 am to 4 pm and is available for the Rockfish and Blue crabs age groups only (ages 6-12). Activities throughout the day are structured around three main themes including: OUTDOORS (e.g., nature hikes, sailing, water sports, swim skills, kayaking, survival skills), ARTS (e.g., crafts, indian art, tie dyes) and GAMES (e.g., tennis, basketball, dodgeball, beach challenges). The activities will be led by our energized college-age counselors or Program Directors. In the morning, we will offer options for your child, enabling them to do what they like most and empowering them to have the most fun with their day. From 12 to 1:30, we will have lunch and a series of activities that children can choose from to relax and take a breather during what is typically the hottest time of the day. Options include Legos, indoor board games, or free swim time. LUNCH IS PROVIDED every day and will include a fruit or vegetable with every meal. If your child has dietary restrictions, you will need to provide his/her lunch.
