Chefs will tour the kitchen and front of house of a local restaurant, and immerse themselves in every step of the process: choose the concept and name, design the decor, create a menu and logo, learn restaurant jobs and etiquette, create, cook, and serve their signature dishes to friends and family. Join us as we take art to Tracy Aviary. We will meet on location and will set-up our drawing boards to sketch the birds and their habitats.
