TEEN/TWEEN CAMP: project runway - Saint Petersburg, FL
You asked – we listened! We’re debuting 5 mini-camp sessions designed specifically for the “older kiddos!” These camps focus on fun and skill building over 3 consecutive afternoons of concentrated creation – allowing time for larger projects and deeper investigation of themes hand picked from customer recommendations! These camps run from 1-4 in the afternoon and are designed for students in 5th grade and up. Early bird registration rates are $75 for 1 mini camp, $100 after May 15. July 19-21: PROJECT RUNWAY – Make it work! Spend 3 days exploring fashion design and create your own jewelry and sewn accessories!

Teen Empowerment & Survival Camp Summer 2016 - Tucson, AZ
This camp is designed specifically with teenagers’ safety and well-being in mind. As parents, we want our teenagers to be safe, but we also want them to grow up feeling comfortable with themselves, having a healthy self-esteem and self-image. This means equipping them with the skills and knowledge to assess and deal with both physically and psychologically threatening situations. Safety at school cannot be overstressed. Since this where our teenagers spend a large majority of their day regularly, the probability of their being exposed to, or involved in, dangerous or unhealthy situations is extremely high. Whether it’s an outside threat that poses a danger to the entire school, or a fellow student whose words and actions are psychologically damaging to an individual, our teenagers should know how to assess and act before, during, and after an event. More importantly, though, our teenagers should feel comfortable and confident so that they do act. This is where education and training becomes invaluable. In our EMPOWERMENT & SURVIVAL CAMP FOR TEENS, your children will receive training that will EMPOWER them to act safely and effectively before, during, and after dangerous situations. Youth Bowling Camp - Pleasant Hill, IA
Great Escape is partnering with Pleasant Hill Parks & Recreation to host a week long bowling camp. Attendees will be divided into age groups to learn fundamentals such as approach, delivery, hand position, release, spot bowling, and spare conversions. Certified bowling instructors will be instructing the camp. Tech Theater: Scenery and Props - The Evergreen School
A hands-on experience for those who like to be behind-the-scenes! This week is filled with design projects such as set construction, painting stage flats, and building props for our summer production of The Lion King. Environmental Art Club @ Fernbrook Farms (w Transportation) - Fernbrook Farms
This winter students will explore their creativity through art as a means of learning about the environment. Through sculpture, drawing, and artistic problem solving students will create their own unique projects. Using the materials found in the forest; students learn, play, experiment, and explore the world around them to create works of art that enhance the beauty of the natural world.
