You asked and we responded! Our newest addition… Future Physician II brings more great projects, as young campers delve further into their amazing body systems. Theyll peel back the layers and discover how their complex organs work: learn about disease, how our body fights back, the role of mucus; and digestion, from spit to….. well, you get the idea. Theyll uncover how the brain works through their own personal webcam, investigate the impact of food, exercise and sleep; and discover how bones and muscles are like cookies and pancakes. Campers will perform hands-on experiments as they learn about body temperature and fevers, take blood pressures, bandage wounds, and create herbal medicines. They will use a microscope, test for germs, map their organs, build a set of teeth, brain and virus models, AND take home their own MD kit. Certificate of Mini-MD given at end of camp! 7047743016.0

With Weebly, not only can you work and update your site in camp, but also anywhere with access to the internet. Weeblys user friendly interface will allow you to move so quickly that we will also introduce you to Pixlr. Pixlr is a webware substitute for Adobe Photoshop which will allow you to edit images with text and warp tools. Weebly and Pixlr allow you to publish your creative thoughts clearly and easily. Lacrosse Camp for Girls - Germantown Friends School
The GFS Lacrosse Camp offers the ideal way for players of all levels to improve their individual skills, have fun, and meet new friends. This camp is designed for players who want to work on fundamental skill-building with a major emphasis on stick work, scoring, positional play, and game concepts. Newcomers are welcome! Coach Katie Bergstrom Mark is a former Division I lacrosse player and current Head Lacrosse Coach and Athletic Director at GFS. More than 45 of her players have gone on to play collegiate lacrosse at different schools, including MIT, Smith, Penn, Bard, Stanford, Wesleyan, Vermont, Davidson, Bowdoin and more.
