Accent is a summer music day program designed to review music concepts learned during the school year. This action-packed week includes musical games, activities, singing and dance. Rising grades 4-6 also participate in small instrumental ensembles. The week concludes with a concert presenting pieces the students have worked on throughout the week. What is "Work A Thon"? It's a great opportunity for young people and youth groups to get together, have fun, help the camp, and earn free weeks to use or share with friends. "What do I need to do?" Girdwood Fine Arts Camp was established in 1987, and provides a fast paced introduction to a variety of art media and professional artist styles. This registration is for the Primary A rt Camp (Ages 5-8) for the W eek I Camp held Monday - Friday from August 1-5 , 2016 in the AFTERNOON from 1pm - 3pm Y our child will work with guest artists and volunteers to explore different techniques and styles, while fully immers ing themselves in creativity. This camp provides a truly fun and dynamic experience that will spark creativity, engagement, exploration and individual expression.
