Get the clay spinning and experience the fun of throwing on a wheel! Campers will get a handle on the basics behind wheel throwing and have an opportunity to explore different techniques. This is going to be a fun event! We are partnering with Community Hope and Action and West River Valley Thrives to bring you an evening of fun and community support. CHAC has been bringing you the Third Saturday free monthly dinners and concerts for the past year and on December 19 they have welcomed CFK to be there as well with a silent auction to raise money for our wonderful afterschool programs. Climbing Camp - Beginner - Breckenridge Recreation Center
Calling all climbing kids! Come out for an amazing week of climbing and having fun. Learn basic techniques in knots, belaying, and climbing movement. The final day of each camp is outdoors, climbing on real rock here in Summit County, returning to the Recreation Center by 1:00pm. No camp on Wednesdays. Four-day camps are offered in three sessions running June 6-August 5. If youve already attended a Beginner Climbing Camp, check out our Intermediate Climbing Camp to pick up where you left off last summer to keep the climbing going! Upon successful completion, climbers may move to our Intermediate Climbing Camp. Suggested personal equipment for outdoor climbing day: Comfortable shoes for approach, water bottle, snack, wind/rain jacket, extra layers, sunscreen/lip balm, hat and camera. Youth Tennis Camp - Jefferson County Parks and Recreation Commission
Children will be split into groups according to age and skill level. Children will play on 36? and 60? courts and use modified equipment. Musical Masters Camp - Pensacola Little Theatre
Bring Broadway to life through learning the fundamentals of musical theatre auditions and performance. Students will explore in depth musical theatre history as well as the elements of singing, dancing and musical theatre style acting. A musical showcase starring the students will be presented on the last day of class. There will be NO camp on the Monday, the 4th of July. Camp will resume the next day.
