Kids' Fitness and Baseball Development Camp - Emeryville, CA
During our week long fitness and baseball camp, we are going to focus on baseball development, speedwork and other fitness fundamentals. We will be working in small groups and going into a lot of detail to really develop and improve the kids' techniques and playing ability. Each body conditioning segment will be dedicated to the improvement of sprint skills, techniques, and the development of power needed to run faster. Lace up your cleats and get ready to play ball! Campers will learn the basics of pitching, catching, fielding, throwing, hitting and base running. Well spend the day working on skills, drills and techniques and then apply the fundamentals during scrimmages. Supplies: Campers should bring their own bat and glove, and a packed lunch with a beverage and plenty of water each day. All campers should arrive at camp with sunscreen already applied, as well as with additional sunscreen, as needed. We recommend a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.
