2016 Walk A Kid To Camp (-athon) - Puyallup, WA
The Salvation Army is hosting a walkathon to raise funds to help send children to summer camp. We offer several camp sessions lasting from three to eight days for children of various ages. Join a fashion trend that is earning lots of attention these days. (Think Macklemore!) Youll look at thrift shop fashions and your own old favorites in new ways as you deconstruct and reconstruct them into entirely new looks. Your fashion designer/teacher will help you figure out how to chop them up and sew them back together in new and trending ways. Summer Camp 2016 Session 1 - FCC
From the first day to the last campers will choose an instrument, form a band and write an original song to perform for their friends, families and the rock camp community. Each day campers will have instrument instruction, band practice and attend a series of informational, interactive and meaningful workshops. Summer Camp is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with an end-of-session showcase on the following weekend. All campers should bring a lunch, but no instruments are necessary — we provide all the gear!
