Make your own creature suits and learn about a different animal and their awesome creature powers every day. There will be so many ways for us to play and learn about animals: dramatic play, crafting & art, fine and gross motor activities, literacy and math practice, and lots of science. We will wrap up our creature adventures with a trip to the zoo to see those creature powers in action! Camp Seaside - Week #8 - RSU5 Recreation and Community Education
Camp Seaside is a summer day camp based at the Mast Landing School on Bow Street in Freeport. Our day camp is designed to spark your childs imagination, grow new friendships and create a memorable summertime experience for all. Some of our time will be spent, weather permitting, at Winslow Park on beautiful Casco Bay. Each week will also consist of a highlight trip and a trip to a local state park or beach. Daily activities will include arts, crafts, sports and games. Campers are divided into age appropriate groups for most activities and trips, but participate in whole camp events as well. Call our office (865-6171) or visit our website [] for a tentative schedule of this summers highlight trips. Camp fee includes lunch! We are once again teaming up with Freeport Community Services and the USDA Federally Funded Summer Lunch Program.
