She has a greater respect for any living sea creature and she wants to study this science now more than ever. What is Youth Councils? Youth Councils is a three day retreat specifically for Jr. High, High School and college age youth to be challenged and strengthened in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Who can attend Youth Councils? We have two tracks to set up so that we can tailor everything to the specific needs of your youth. * Continuing student registration ONLY * NEW students must contact the Arts Center to schedule a placement audition. A first orchestral experience for students who have completed at least one year of string instruction. The focus is ensemble playing and more advanced string technique. Week 9 Camp - Double J Riding Club
This 4 day, 5 hour day camp is filled with everything a horse lover would dream of including; a full 45 minute riding lesson where a licensed instructor will teach students how to ride in a fun environment, hands on grooming and tacking station, a barn safety lesson, fun horse craft, horse games and much more! Check out a one-of-a-kind indoor game that involves the fast pace of real hockey but on a solid surface. During this camp, participants will learn the offensive and defensive fundamentals and mechanics of floor hockey. Participants will also develop endurance, coordination and speed through fast and fun floor hockey games played each day of camp. Each participant should bring a water bottle. We tip our hats to the old Aquatics Week that some old timers remember. But retro is not what we are going for. This week all of our campers will have a chance to sail, canoe, kayak, and PADDLEBOARD. Join us as we discover with you the joys yet another self-propelled water sport. Paddleboard the outlet stream, sail a great Adirondack Lake, kayak a great river, and learn from the sport that started it all: canoeing! We will be on the water all week, so be prepared to start right away on Sunday. 518-631-6789
