Storyteller Summit - Old Trail School
How do you tell a story? With words, illustrations, writing, acting, or pictures? All of these artistic mediums will be explored in this storytelling camp. Each day will have a new focus of how to tell a story while ensuring that all the elements are there and that any audience can understand. Imagination is a must! Dutch 4vs4 2016 Scouting - Army and Navy Academy
Dutch 4 vs 4 offers talented players the opportunity for an international soccer experience with the guide of Dutch professionals. The focus is on identifying talented soccer players and guiding them with guaranteed top-level training in a professional learning environment. Participants will show their skills in a 4v4 formation. Games will be organized in a tournament setting. Selected players will be invited to attend a special one week training program in the Netherlands, with the possibility to be identified for a development training program. Mini Kaleidoscope - AM Session 10 - Veterans Memorial - Recreation Center
Mini Kaleidoscope campers...get ready for some fun!!! Campers will explore the thrill and fascination of exploring the world around them. Children will enjoy arts & crafts, games, camp songs, special events, and more. Activities for each week will be focused around a special theme. A weekly schedule will be distributed to each camper on the first day of each session. Morning or full day sessions are available. Children should bring a bag lunch every day unless otherwise noted on the session schedule. Cost includes Camp T-shirt and all supplies. Participants must have Health Information Form on file PRIOR to participation in camp. Extended care available. We are now accepting children 3 1/2-5 years old (Children born on or before December 15, 2011 through entering Kindergarten). Birth certificate required when signing up for the program. All children must be potty trained, no exceptions. Enrollment for each camp session closes the Saturday prior to the upcoming weekly camp session. The Martial Arts Center will teach girls in 7th -12th grade some self defense techniques through practical, straight forward instruction that is designed to be fun! Students will learn that fear is not the key to staying safe; instead they will learn skills infused with humor and cautious optimism. Through the correct mixture of attitude and technique, anyone can learn how to keep herself safe. Increasing your ability to protect yourself by at least 10% puts you in an elite category.
