Summer Camp Expo - Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Find the perfect summer camp(s) for your child! Get information on all the fun things there are to do this summer and meet over 30 great camps in our area while enjoying live entertainment, carousel and train rides, crafts and face painting. There will be live kids rock band performances from Live Music Community. Also, JupiterBounce.com will be there with some bouncing fun for the kiddos. This free event is brought to you by Macaroni Kid of Palm Beach Gardens- Jupiter in conjunction with Downtown at the Gardens and charity partner Resource Depot. Proceeds from the carousel and train rides benefit Resource Depot. 6 - 14 year olds are invited to participate in Yuba Sutter Arts first Kid's Art, Music, Movement and Acting (KAMMA) Camp, July 18th - July 22nd daily from 9am - 3:30pm. Kid's will take part in a well-rounded variety of artistic activities. Aftercare 4:00-5:00pm - Villa Academy
After your childs afternoon camp they will be escorted to aftercare by Villa Ventures Staff. Here the staff will provide safe, stimulating, and enjoyable experiences. All activities support Villa Academys mission of fostering self-esteem, an inquiring mind, a joy for learning, and a compassionate and ethical spirit. There will be a balance between individual and group activities, quiet time, and recreational time. If you are running late please call 206-234-8885 so we can let your child know. You will be charged a $3/minute late fee after 5:05pm. Secret Agent - Polygon Mission Grade 3 (Monday) - Janney Elementary School
American University student teachers are looking for enthusiastic third graders who like challenges, mysteries, and problem solving missions. As part of an American University research project, School of Education professors have partnered with Janney Elementary School to test enduring understanding in reading as well as in mathematics in third grade students. During the sessions, third grade students will participate alongside our friends Poly and Gon in enriching activities and games in which they will be challenged to think outside the box by practicing problem solving and pattern identification skills. All lessons, activities, and games will be created and directed by American University student teachers for Janney third graders.
