Ahhh, Spring! It will be here before we know it, and Deep Roots Community Farm and Inspired are excited to offer another great Grow La Crosse Farm/Art Camp! Join us for an afternoon of fun and education on the farm! We will care for the farm animals, learn about the biology of the natural world on a farm, make art projects, and enjoy free time in our beautiful rural setting. In this session, additional focus will be given to planting seeds in the garden and in take home pots, as well as horse care (grooming and feeding) and ART! All programming is led by Ana Skemp, M.S. Ecology, owner of Deep Roots Community Farm and Jeni Blake, artist and owner of Inspired. 9:1 staff to child ratio. Children will be asked to bring their own healthy snack. Kids' Fitness and Baseball Development Camp - Emeryville, CA
During our week long fitness and baseball camp, we are going to focus on baseball development, speedwork and other fitness fundamentals. We will be working in small groups and going into a lot of detail to really develop and improve the kids' techniques and playing ability. Each body conditioning segment will be dedicated to the improvement of sprint skills, techniques, and the development of power needed to run faster. Camp will be from July 11 - July 15, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Daily, for kids age 9-12. NOTE: You must buy your tickets on Eventbrite to register!!
Final Kid's Camp Meeting - McKinney, TX
This is a mandatory final camp meeting for all parents of kids who will be attending Kid's Camp this year. We will meet directly following 2nd service in the Gen Kids Room. The remaining camp balance and concessions money is due at the conclusion of this meeting. Additionally, the Camp Waiver form will be provided at this meeting. We will discuss last minute details, things to pack, and answer any questions. Light snacks and drinks will be provided.

Register for our Fall Teen Fitness Camp for October. Open to all teens, between the ages of 14-18 years old. It’s all about fitness, coordination, strength, nutrition, confidence and—most of all—fun! Parents must register teen and complete participation forms and waivers in person. Program runs from October 3 - December 16. No sessions will be held Thanksgiving week, November 21-25. Contact: Karen (904) 303-4242 Pricing: Option 1: $175 for 10 weeks with two sessions per week. Option 2: $225 for 3-4 sessions per week during the 10 week period. Stan Schlueter Loop! Teacher Work Day ~ Full day services available, 7am-6pm, $30/student, pizza lunch provided or children may bring their own lunch, snacks provided, NO ELECTRONIC DEVICES or toys, however, children may bring books. Children will be engaged in fun activities, crafts, games, bouncy houses, indoor basketball, movie time, gaming systems, pool tables and more! Be sure to wear or bring SOCKS! A class designed to introduce young children to sailing. Students will sail in a 14-foot sailboat, with three to four other children and one instructor. The class is a fun introduction to sailing with the goal of having students become comfortable in small boats. Specific skills include basic concepts of sail trim, steering and overall safety. The Junior Wildcat promotes skill development for ages 8-13. The emphasis of the camp is to teach the fundamentals of basketball through drills and game play. Specific skills that will be taught are shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, and defense. All of the skills and fundamentals taught will be sharpened through drills and put into game play. The coaches and players of Chico State Basketball will be teaching and emphasizing the same skills that are taught at every Chico State practice.
