Kid's Day Camp (K-2nd Grade) - Conway, AR

En Garde! Olympic Fencing (16102A) - Cary Academy
En Garde! Experience the thrill of sword fighting through the Olympic sport of fencing in a fun, fast-paced, and exciting environment. New and returning campers will discover the art of swordplay, develop fencing skills, learn about the rules and history of the sport, and hear about fencing in the 2016 Summer Olympic Games. Fencers will engage in a wide array of games and skill-building activities designed to teach the sword-fighting technique. All equipment is provided and safety is emphasized. Rhythm Tap and Technique - Hannah Block Historic USO/Community Arts Center
This class is for tap students interested in transforming Broadway style tap combinations into syncopated rhythms. Each class will include a warm-up, floor progressions and combination focusing on technique, weight shifts, precision, lightness and musicality, giving students an opportunity to strengthen the quality of their tap sounds and expand their tap vocabulary. Kitchen Kids CIT program provides the opportunity for teens to develop leadership and culinary skills. This program is ideal for high school students who love helping younger kids and being in the kitchen. Being a Kitchen Kid CIT is fun and rewarding. Special roles include assisting culinary coaches with mini lessons at the start of each day, prepping ingredients, providing support to the younger chefs, supervising clean up, creating extra recipes throughout the week, organizing the farmers market day, and leading their own small group at the end of the week.
