Eureka! The Inventors Camp by Mad Science - Norfolk Christian Schools
Campers will overcome a series of challenges using basic materials, simple machines, tips from famous inventors and the most important of all - their mind! With a little ingenuity, children will create catapults and forts, construct working light sticks to take home, and assemble a set of circuits with batteries and light bulbs. While Thomas Edison said "Invention is 10% inspiration, and 90% perspiration," this camp is 100% FUN! 757-274-6295

Campers will choose to focus on the Hitter or Setter positions and will be provided with a thorough breakdown of each position - All campers are required to bring their own lunch to camp each day 904-819-6376

This class will consist of daily bike rides to different places to participate in a variety of sporting activities such as visiting local parks and playing soccer, frisbee golf, and organized games. Biking helps both aerobic conditioning and muscle strength. Students must bring a bike, helmet, water bottle, snack and sunscreen. The All- Star Sports Instruction staff promises to enhance their play. The staff knows what it takes to play at all levels. They believe in passing on the knowledge and skills they have learned from playing and coaching. This camp is designed to equip our ball players with the proper attitude, mechanics, and know-how of the game to ensure confidence in their future endeavors with the game of baseball. The week will conclude with a short informance by all band members. Open to students entering 5th grade who have no previous experience on a band instrument.
