August 8-12th Winona River Rats - Jaycees Pavilion
Learn and create riverside games using found rocks, sticks, and whatever else the river gives us. Build miniature test rafts and race them. Build a rafts large and small. Learn about useful and edible aquatic plants and animals. Track aquatic creatures along riverbank including the beaver, muskrat, heron, raccoon and more. Build primitive forts. Make and fish with a simple cane pole just like Huck and Tom. Use cane pole as part of stick and bindle (hobo satchel) to carry your goods during your travels. Search for treasures to fill your bindle. Barter and trade for each others treasures. 507-272-5320

Theatre On Ice Camp - Wheaton Ice Arena
Prerequisite: Passed Basic 5. This camp will teach skaters how to express emotion and exhibit true artistry on the ice, and also provide an exciting performance opportunity. Throughout the week, skaters will work on music interpretation, choreography, and rehearse for the performance.Please bring sneakers for off-ice workouts, snack, and a water bottle. Key Elementary Comedy Club - Incredible Improv - Key Elementary School
8 Classes Calling all silly kids! Join us for a fun filled drama class that will have your kids splitting their sides with laughter while acting out amazing scenarios. Students will learn the ropes of good improvisation skills while exploring these kooky characters and silly stories. Improvisation will help them gain confidence, think on their feet, and work as an ensemble to tell a story. This class is perfect for the shy student who needs to be comfortable in front of the class or the class clown who has some wacky characters up their sleeves. Creative Drama Session 3 - Key Elementary School
Theme: Theatre Inventors Silly characters take to the stage! Through improvisation, special guest artist workshops, art projects, theatre games and rehearsals, campers will learn the basics of acting. Along the way they will discover new ways of collaborating with peers and the joy of performing. Past workshops have included stage make-up, choreography, singing, yoga, and swordplay!
