Just because you're on vacation doesn't mean you have to stop your morning and evening prayers! Actually, our daughter is the one who reminded us of that and it was just one of the wonderful lessons she brought home from her time at Park River. Aside from the bible study which she was really engaged with, her favorite thing was the cast iron cooking lessons. Carpinteria High School is hosting a Youth Football Camp the week of July 11th. They will be working on agility drills, passing and learning the game of football. It is a no contact clinic. Call coach Cordero 805-689-5898 to reserve your spot and ask questions. (This is not a Junior warrior hosted program)

We will have a bus that will pick up everyone at church and we will be going to Lake Geneva Youth Conference Center in Wisconsin. Summer Camp Reunion Weekend - Paige, TX
We just love seeing our campers and their families return to the village in February and March to enjoy Sherwood Forest Faire, and obviously a great part of that is when campers encounter each other! This year, for the first time, we would like to have an official "Reunion" for our Youth Campers and Adult Campers alike to help facilitate that. Both events (which will be separate, because we don't want the Adult Campers teaching the younger ones bad habits) will take place during weekend #2, Feb 20-21. Mark your calendar! When more details are available, they will be posted here.

Football Freshman Summer Camp(06/20/2016-07/13/2016) - Mater Dei High School
This camp is for registered incoming Mater Dei freshman. The purpose of this camp is to prepare the freshman team both physically and mentally for rigors of Monarch Football. Both Players AND parents are expected to attend freshman orientation on Monday, June 13 from 6pm-8pm. Parents only (no players) are expected to attend our Parent kick-off night of Tuesday, June 14th. 714-754-7711

School is closed! Have fun and make new friends in this program created just for middle school students. Our engaged and energetic staff create an environment where everyone is welcome. The morning includes one of several activities to appeal to all teens such as cooking, science projects, team sports, recess games and more! After lunch, travel offsite for a fieldtrip. Trips to Roger Carter Community Center include swimming, gym time, Xbox challenge tournaments and more! You have lots of time to be active, but also time to relax. Bring a non-perishable lunch/drink. 8 Day Intensive Training Camp - McDermont Field House
Technique Portion: Coach John Azevedo covers his fundamental inside tie series that he made famous at Calvary Chapel and also at Cal Poly. Also covered: fundamental escapes from the bottom, Recovery and sit outs & Top rides. Intensive Training: Coach Matt Azevedo will once again run our Intensive portion of this session. They will focus on teaching conditioning and weight training along with how to sustain proper nutrition and mental focus at elite levels. The Stephens Session is a traditional camp experience for campers on the high end of the Autism spectrum or with mild developmental disabilities. Each camper in this session will have an individual counselor, and will stay in a cabin with 3 other campers and counselors. Campers will participate in all camp activities, including canoeing, games, arts and crafts, swimming, meals, and playing in the creek.
