This week-long, intensive band experience is designed for middle school students who are entering grades 6-8 and have AT LEAST ONE YEAR of band experience. Led by Natick middle school band directors Scott Morrill and Dave Drapeau, sessions will be a blend of full band work and breakouts by instrument. Students will focus on skills and musicianship and work towards performing several songs as a full band by the end of the week. BodyRite Training Teen Sport Camp - Jamesport, NY
We are excited to announce that BodyRite will be hosting a series of teen athletic camp programs this summer. Many young athletes are looking to improve their abilities in the off season and we believe BodyRite Teens Sport Camp will help enhance athletic skills and performance by using simple methods and sound science. The camp will run three separate sessions in two week sessions, starting July 11th from 11am to 2pm. The best part of the camp, is that no matter what ability level, the camper will progress. Whether an athlete or not, this camp is designed to help any teen interested in working out learn the basics of proper movement, strength training, and sound nutrition. We welcome all abilities ages 13 through 18. Coupling intelligent programming with sport specific nutrition, we will teach the athlete or interested fitness enthusiast how to move better for their sport, and how to fuel thier bodies properly for optimal performance.

Campers transform into aliens with unique features and devices that help them thrive in outer realms of space. Campers play active & quiet games, create, sing songs, act, dance, cook and discover the joys of learning Spanish while playing sports too. Theme vocabulary includes colors, counting, verbs, nouns, adjectives to describe the power of our senses. Celebration Day Wednesday (participation optional) Campers express their alien spirit with their absurd alien inspired hairdo. During camp choice time campers find their alien ‘relatives according to hairstyle and create their unique alien group ‘Survival Guide.
