JumpStart Kids & Teens Camp - Medina, OH
CrossFit HighGear offers two JumpStart camps to choose from! KIDS CAMP runs from June 6 - 10 while TEEN CAMP runs from June 13 - 17 both from 10 am - noon. Registration includes a t-shirt and daily snack! Campers will participate in a strength and conditioning program that combines gymnastics, body-weight calisthenics and weightlifting elements. Participants learn to move their bodies and move them well, making them fitter and more resilient day to day. We focus on quality of movement before we push intensity. Charly Cardboard Mini Camp - Gallatin, TN
School is out and Charly Cardboard is coming! This class will give the vision and skills to get students to begin the creative process of using something as simple as leftover cardboard into something artistic and maybe even practical. In two days - 4 hours per day - students will get hands on instruction and come out with a completed project like the one below. Lot's of fun. Visual artist and film maker David Wilson in collaboration with Actors Point Theatre Company will conduct this amazing class. Limited space available. Teen Camp Service Project - Beautify Chinatown! - undefined, undefined
It's that time of year again!This is the first in our series of Teen Camp service projects for those of you who may need financial assistance in order to go to camp. You must complete this project if you're going to need a half or full scholarship. Don't know if you need a scholarship? Well, even if you have an inkling that you might need one, you should be there. But this project is also open to all, so if you just want to help out, join us! The project will involve cleaning out and sprucing up the public planters along Wentworth Avenue and Cermak Road in Chinatown. The project will begin at 9 AM and end around 1 PM. Lunch will then be provided to all who serve, at Ricobene's. Questions, message Kent Lau or Chi Chan. See you there!

Global Premier Soccer-Maine and NYA will partner to offer a comprehensive soccer program on NYAs campus for students ages 8-13. Each day will focus on a different aspect of the game including passing and receiving, ball control, attacking/defending principles and shooting. The camp will conclude with a mini World Cup tournament on Friday afternoon which parents will be encouraged to attend. Alongside this, we will be running a Coaches Challenge where the students will compete against their coaches with prizes on the line. Tanikas are entering grades 10-12, and live in cabin units in main camp. Tanika campers plan their camping activities with the facilitation of their counselor. Tanika activities build on the skills and interests that the campers have previously developed. These may include waterfront activities, archery, climbing wall, arts and crafts, outdoor cooking, and advanced team building exercises. Players can expect competitive mind-body workouts that will help them enhance technical skills, learn new strategies, problem-solve within the flow of play, and improve conditioning.
