LATEST CAMPS NEWS: SAA Cheer Stars - St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
Dance, tumble & cheer your way into the school year! This is an introduction to basics class developed to strengthen skills for aspiring cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts. Each class will cover tumbling skills, build proper jump shapes, and strengthen core & leg muscles. Students will be introduced to turning and leaping, and mini trampoline fundamentals. Cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, and handsprings are all basics to which dancers, cheerleaders, and gymnasts aspire. Dance basics will be introduced as girls learn to turn and leap with proper technique. Participation awards will be given to everyone on our show off day May 18th, the last 30 minutes of class. If yes, then bring your child to the coolest hot spot in town. The Lacey Park Day Camp is full of fun activities for children grades K thru 6th. This is an outdoor recreation camp. Campers will learn about the benefits of being physically active; as well as, having a healthy lifestyle in the outdoors. Each week campers will engage in various group games, art projects, participate in a talent show and weekly field trips to the Hanford Teen Center, Hanford Plunge and the local Library.
