Summer Kid's Camp Session 1 - Spicewood, TX
Summer is just around the corner and we are excited to start our Summer Kids Camp at CrossFit Lake Travis! We will have 4 different 1-week sessions this summer (please see event photo above for all dates). Trail Horse Camp - - Camas Camp-n-Ranch
Adventure Horse Camp for girls wanting immerse oneself into horsemanship, horse play, trail riding and horse care as well as many other fun activities. Every girl needs a sleepover and what better way to spend the night than at the farm. Tuesday and will be a day camp from 9am - 3pm. Thursday will start at 9am and stay overnight till Friday at 3pm. Please bring to camp: Riding boots, helmet (optional) Tuesday & Wednesday bring lunch, snacks, and drinks. Thursday: Bring overnight lunch we will provide dinner. Friday: We will provide breakfast and lunch. Bring snacks to share with your fellow campers, sleepovers are always better with evening snacks. Football Camp-Future Stars Skills - Everett Recreation Center
For Rising 2-5th graders. The purpose of this camp is to provide basic fundamental instruction for all offensive and defensive positions relating to the game of football. Our goal is that each camper gains a better understanding of the football positions that they are interested in through various skills and drills. There will be a 20-minute break between the defensive and offensive instruction at which time snacks and drinks will be available to purchase. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Campers need to bring a water bottle, cleats, tennis shoes, and a bag to keep personal belongings in each day. Shooting, Scoring, & Conditioning Camp - Manchester Ice Arena
Shooting, Scoring, & Conditioning Camp The full spectrum of the RMHS developed stickhandling progression from basic dribbling to advanced puck control concepts such as puck protection and creating space will be the foundation for this camp. Also covered in depth during the stickhandling portion will be passing lanes, vision, play away from the puck, support, and the proper execution of advanced fakes and dekes. All conditioning drills will be based on the European Training Method of incorporating pucks into all skating drills to ensure proper puck control skill and habit development. Fundamental knowledge of how to properly train ones body for athletic competition will be discussed, stressing proper work to rest ratios, hydration, and optimal physical conditioning. Advanced powerskating drills will also be included, focusing on speed and power development while conditioning. ATTENTION GOALTENDERS - Every RMHS camp will offer professional goaltending instruction from one of our professional goaltending coaches. Aqua Camp Before-Camp Care Spring Break - Albany Aquatic Center
Before-Camp care will be available from 9:00AM - 10:00 AM before Aqua Camp begins. Participants will be treated to more activities, crafts and games until they are picked up.
