Our USA TRIATHLON CERTIFIED COACHES will make sure your child is well prepared for their Kids Triathlon Open Water Swim! We will practice sighting, navigating their swim course, pacing their energy, and practice entries and exits. Child must be able to swim 100 yds. Wetsuits highly recommended. Each child earns 1 point towards series awards for participating in the clinic. Plus, Healthy post event refreshments. EVENT DETAILS AND SCHEDULE Event email will be sent to all participants the week of the clinic with all the details. Clinic will start at 2:30p check in time and end at 4:30p. Park in South Shores lot, follow sidewalk to right. Meet on beach by blue topped gazebo across water from boat ramp.

Munchkin Players (Section 1) - PYT Studios
Students let their imagination fly, using pantomime, sounds and simple plays to practice relaxing in front of a group and working as a team to create a final performance of "The Stinky Cheese Man" for parents on the last day of class. (Ages 5 - 7) No class on Feb. 18 650-988-8798
Speed & Agility Camp, Session 2 - Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy
Where: Wroubel Center, main gym, outdoor & sand courts About: Students who attend this camp will work on all aspects of conditioning, including but not limited to speed training, agility, quickness, and anaerobic conditioning. This camp incorporates sprint mechanics and footwork as it relates to various cone, ladder, band and sprint drills, first step quickness and lateral movements. Students will be exposed to different resisted movements as well as basic agility and plyometrics. Great for sports that need high levels of conditioning like Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse, etc. By using some of these techniques, some of the 2015 football players lowered their 40-yd dash & pro-agility and increased their vertical jump. This will also help soccer with improving pre-season testing results and in-season conditioning. **Sign up for both speed & agility sessions and pay only $100. Discount will automatically load at checkout.** What to wear/bring: Athletic attire, shoes for indoor and outdoor, socks, water bottle, and a readiness to prepare for your upcoming season. Checkmate Champions is the future of chess teaching. This chess camp combines the Classical strategies of chess with new innovative modern technology that creates a very FUN-damental experience for all kids regardless of their chess playing abilities. Checkmate Champions is more than a chess camp, it?s a chess experience. While in the class, students will learn not only how to play chess but they will learn the rules, history, and also how to record their games so that they can reflect on them at a later date. Students will have the chance to play their favorite chess variation games such as Bughouse (team chess), Allies, Bobby Fischer chess and IPad chess to name a few. After all the fun and games, the kids will have the opportunity to participate in a real life class chess tournament. They will play against different opponents and get practice using an actual tournament clock.
