I cannot believe that I am a part of such an amazing organization that does so much good for kids struggling through so much adversity. Being in an organization like Camp Kesem has opened my eyes to how generous and kind people can be. Camp Kesem is an organization run by students who spend a ton of time all year fundraising money to allow children whose parents have or had cancer go to a fun, stress-free summer camp. Although this is my first year as a part of this wonderful organization, I already feel so strongly connected to all the counselors and want to do as much as I can to allow these kids to go to camp. Hearing all of these stories about how the kids tell such heart-warming stories, I feel like I would learn more from them than they would from me. It gets me even more excited to learn about all the various events we get to set up and how much fun everyone has every year that they go. I think the most rewarding thing about camp is being able to make that one week you have with such strong kids as special and...

Baseball Camp A - Warner Park Baseball Complex
The basic design of the CDS Baseball camp is to help young baseball players develop a fundamental baseball skill set and learn tactical elements of the game. The goal of the camp is to equip campers with the skills to compete at a high level of play. The camp will be directed by David Houseton, CDS Varsity Baseball Head Coach at Covenant Day School. He will be assisted by his coaching staff as well as former and returning Covenant Day baseball players. Ultimate Tennis / Game Theory Camp II (Grades 1-8) In the morning camp will feature games, drills, and team-oriented activities designed to develop skills, strengthen consistency and build player confidence. Attention will be given to both singles and doubles games. Afternoon hours will take place in the classroom and will be devoted to game theory and mental toughness.
