Get your kids away from the TV, computer, and video games. This summer the YMCA wants to help your child discover the FUN OF FITNESS! Class Description Sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, pickle ball and other fun fitness games every day! Strength training activities with a certified personal trainer! Fun lessons on health and nutrition with a registered dietitian! Wednesday field trip to Camp Cha-La-Kee from 9am-5p to participate in traditional fun outdoor activities such as: Canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and having fun on the Blob (picture attached)! Program Information Cost is $130– YMCA members, $155– Non YMCA members (cost includes bus ride to Camp Cha-La-Kee on Wednesday) Ages to register: 6yrs-12yrs old Dates and time: July 13th-July 17th, 9am-1p, Wednesday 9am-5p Campers will receive a t-shirt, ribbon, and certificate Sign up at the Front desk! Operation Kids Camp Mission: Connecting youth from military & first responder families, while developing 21st century skills such as critical thinking, communication and social skills. Each child will return home with a greater understanding of themselves, more confidence and improved self reliance skills.
