Our 8-12 group will have an emphasis on basic movement pattern development, and SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) Training, while the 13-18 group will also dive into proper lifting technique and strength and explosive power development. Our Kids's art camp is back...and during Christmas Break! We provide all the supplies, your child's inspiration and step-by-step instruction of the featured art. At the end of the event, kids will go home with their very own snowman masterpiece. This class woudl make a great kids for any children on your list. Appropriate ages are 6-12. Working in small teams, campers understand how scientific investigation and reasoning allows them to use critical thinking and problem solving to make informed decisions and draw conclusions by designing models that represents how something works or looks that cannot be seen. Through project-based activities, students skills are enhanced across science, engineering, technology, and coding. This is a fundamentally-based camp for boys and girls ages 6-13; focusing on skill development through daily drill periods, contests, and competitive games. Instruction is provided by High School coaches and current and former college basketball players. Camp Director, Brett McFall, is an Olathe South High School grad and 1997 Mr. Kansas Basketball. Brett was a 4-year player at the University of Wyoming (1997-2001) and played professionally in Europe and the USA (2002-2004). He has 13 years of coaching experience and is currently the head coach at Shawnee Mission South High School. Each participant will receive a camp t-shirt.
