Early Bird options are available for all ages in TAC Manhattan Summer Camp and TAC Brooklyn Summer Camp from 8AM- 9AM. During this time, staff will be here to spend time with campers, but there will not be an organized activity. Campers are welcome to bring books or games from home, or use our games and craft materials. **All sales are final. New Hope serves children and youth of Oklahoma ages 5-18 who have an incarcerated parent. Our summer camps offer unique opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive enviornment. Our camps depend upon our volunteers. Volunteers are needed to help us prepare for camp, at camp, in-between camps, and after camp. There is a role and opportunity for everyone! Opti Green Fleet (Full Season PM) - NESS
Prerequisite: Opti LTS Step 3, Step 2 per instructor recomendation Students will be challenged to perfect their sailing techniques, learn to use hiking straps and tiller extensions, and expand their knowledge of wind, weather and upwind sailing. Students will be introduced to basic racing techniques and will be encouraged to participate in local Green Fleet regattas, which are designed for new racers. All students will be under the supervision of our instructors and coaches in class and at specific local regattas. Be on the look out for your ECSA regatta booklet which has all the regatta information in it that will be handed out during the first week of programs. Typically your child will participate in 6-8 regattas over the 8 week summer. Regatta fees are not included and typically range from $25-$35 per event. 860-535-9362

Sail Camp - Level I - Junior - Greater Richmond Sailing Association
Learn seamanship and the fundamentals of sailing small sailboats for beginner students. Topics include parts of the sailboat, sailing terminology, sail trim, safety and steering. Students will work together to rig, operate and stow single-handed and double-handed sailboats based on their age, weight and experience. Kids have FUN during school vacation at the the Connecticut Science Center! Campers in grades 1-6 will experience hands-on science enrichment through fun and engaging activities. Camps include structured activities with our STEM Educators, as well as supervised free time to explore the Science Centers galleries and exhibits. We offer Day Camps during school vacation as well as week-long programs in the summer. Each camps theme helps develop science concepts, guiding campers to greater understanding of science material and its application to the real world. Get an early start on your camp day with low-key activities to ease in to the morning. Early Riser?s Camp is open to youth enrolled in Discovery Camp, Campapalooza I and Campapalooza II that would like to extend their camp experience. No camp on July 4th. On-line registration for camps is not available. Refund requests made prior to the start date of a program will be cheerfully given less a 5% refund fee.
